Ha Ha this is very funny. So true how Amazon customer service has no idea what they are talking about 90% of the time. They aren’t even aware of most of their own policies. They also put you on hold for long periods of time. Most calls you might as well put at least a full hour aside and they may not even help you resolve the issue you are having. It’s quite a joke with their customer service for sellers
