Hello amazon team,
please make our contact with higher authorities of amazon team which look our issue on serious note immediately
thanks for your support. we check all our ASIN on a separate account which is US detail base and when go to "add a product page"
most of ASIN put in "search bar" and amazon show us "sell this product"
but for very few ASIN amazon ask us to provide below details
1 product invoice from brand or manufacturer.
2 combine purchase of 10 units. etc
Note: this US Detail base account has below 10000 USD sale until.
After this we check all our ASIN to our account which is a Pakistani detail base and we have more than 80000 USD sale. but when we go to "add a product page" and put ASIN in "search bar" and click on request approval amazon show us a message on next page" your account does not qualify"
so here are our questions
1 how is it possible if a product has limitations so it is allowed on US detail base account and not allowed to Pakistan detail account and product is not in pesticide category evenly..?
2 We source products from authentic suppliers and amazon accepts our supplier invoice but now amazon doesn't show us a message upon adding a product when we go to "add a product page" and click on request approval. and ask for invoice ,product pictures etc. instead of showing a message "your account does not qualify." So how do we submit our invoice and product picture to amazon when amazon does not provide us this option to submit these details?
3 is this not amazon prejudice behavior towards our account like all ASIN that we want to sell on amazon marketplace. amazon team not allowed us but the same products are sold by many sellers on each list ?
4 our fault is only we have Pakistan detail account and all US base account sell every ASIN even we compliance with every amazon policy and our account is very neat and clean so why amazon not remove this error while adding a product" your account does not qualify" ?
5 we sold mostly grocery category and make more than 80000 usd sale but still we face this error" your account does not qualify"?
for 80000 USD SALE any customer not submit COMPLAIN AGAINST US SO WHAT KIND OF SECURITY NEED AMAZON FROM OUR SIDE AS AMAZON BELIEVE US WE ARE PROFESSIONAL SELLER?
we request you remove this error of "your account does not qualify on every ASIN on our account and instead amazon ask us for invoice etc. and we have authentic brand and brands suppliers invoices that amazon previously accepted many times when submitted for review.
This error reduces our business many times and if this error is not removed from our account we are unable to run our business and shut down our staff which means unemployment and families face financial issues.
