Read onlyI had a very frustrating experience with Amazon Live Chat support. The representative I talked to was rude, which made the situation worse. Not only was her support unhelpful, but she also pressured me to choose options from the dropdown menu that didn’t relate to my product. To make things worse, she ended the chat suddenly after giving me unclear instructions.
If our listing has any problems because of her wrong advice, I wonder who will take responsibility. Overall, I am disappointed with this experience and expected better customer support.
