Bad actors using AI to generate 1-star reviews
There is a trend of bad actors posting AI-generated bad reviews for hundreds of sellers. Amazon needs to combat AI with AI and recognize these reviews and bad actors. These bad actors can destroy an ASIN or even an entire brand. This must stop. We recently received a 1-star review for our chess board, & the review didn't even talk about the chess board. I looked up the reviewer & they ONLY give 1-star reviews. If this happens to you PLEASE report them. Open a Seller Support case and show the review and a link to the reviewer. You can also go to their profile and report them. Amazon, this has to stop!
