Rufus AI giving false disparaging info on our asin

I can't believe amazon is doing this to sellers. The rufus AI is giving disparaging false info about our asin to shoppers, while it talks glowingly about our competitors products. Thanks amazon.

Rufus is neither accurate nor objective! It mislead buyers. Rufus even "generate" some information that does not exist at all. If you provide AI, please provide a decent one!
