Rufus Giving False Information / Raising "Features" Not Part of Product Details
I've opened case 16744082761 but wanted to publicly add to the discussion about "Rufus" the AI aka Always Idiotic. This isn't the first thread about this problem but I don't see any resolution coming from Amazon.
The AI is giving false and defamatory information about products. It is also raising "features" that are not part of product details that Amazon even asks for, and thus a seller cannot even include on product detail pages.
For example, Rufus is raising the question about whether a refrigerator magnet leaves residue when removed. I've never seen one that does. I've never seen a decorative magnet sales page even raise the issue. For obvious reasons it is not even a product detail Amazon asks for when listing a decorative magnet - so it is not something any seller is addressing.
Yet, there is the AI raising the question and implying there might be something wrong with a product because a seller does not say whether their magnet leaves residue.
Seems like a simple guardrail that AI should not be raising product "features" that are not part of product details sellers are asked to provide.
The flip side is why aren't sellers being told what the AI is inquiring about so they can address such issues if needed?

Rufus is terrible; but I don't think that it will change until Amazon is sued when someone is seriously hurt or killed due to the advice it gives (one particularly egregious example is one where Rufus stated that the product does not contain nuts; despite the fact that it contains several types. This could kill someone allergic to nuts, and dumb enough to believe an AI)
