I got some reviewers that misuse the profile name and make it to a review itself to get more exposure in their negative review. These reviews are most likely fake reviews that got the profile created only to give me review that is negative. They try to get more exposure of their negative review.

I was able to get Amazon to change 1 out of 3 profile names to Amazon Customer but the remaining fake reviews are still using a review as profile name.

Is this actually ok to have review as a profile name to get more exposure for the review?

This is turning into a huge issue @Lucre_Amzn as Purolator packages delivered with a signature that was confirmed with tracking the last 30 days that is valid, and used to show to customers that were delivered in their account, the Amazon app and account now shows those packages with invalid tracking, and giving "your package may be missing and past the estimate delivery date, please contract the seller for a refund" which customers have been doing and lying about and taking advantage of this glitch and Amazon is allowing A to Z claims to get filed and approved with delivery confirmation and a signature that previously showed to the customer as delivered via tracking, costing sellers huge amounts of money due to this backend glitch, and seller support is useless at understanding this issue.

Majority of my competitors are Chinese sellers who doesn't have any moral when it comes to competition. They attack with fake reviews and don't care if they hurt any in the process for success.

I got several reviews that are fake and they got something in common.

1. They are only created with review of my product

2. The profile name of the reviewer made profile name to a review to get more exposure

Is it possible to change their profile name to be a profile name "Amazon Customer" and not a review?

They do whatever they can to get as much exopsure for their reviews as possible.

I don't know order numbers but I got links to reviews if it would help. I already tried to report profile by clicking report profile. I also sent mail to community-help@amazon.com without success in changing their profile name

They misuse the functionality of Amazons features and that's not ok by me. I hope Amazon will help take actions against these profiles because I might end selling this product. This is not feedback. This is profile of the reviewer.
