Hello Sellers & Amazon,

I recently listed a couple of dietary supplements on Amazon and intended to start selling them. However, the listing status shows that these products require compliance approval. When I click on "Request Approval," a message appears stating, "We are not accepting applications to sell."

I’m looking for some clarity on the following:

Does this restriction apply to all sellers, or only specific types (e.g., new sellers)? We are a privately owned business with complete Brand Registry.

Is this a temporary restriction for new listings? Does anyone know how long this restriction might last or when Amazon will start accepting applications to sell dietary supplements again?

I’ve contacted Amazon Support, but I only receive generic responses that don’t address my specific concerns. Has anyone faced a similar issue and managed to get more detailed information?

Our book listings for "NEW" books are being deactivated because of their too-high prices, even when no other "NEW" books are being offered. Our prices are competitive on other book-selling sites. How can we get them listed at fair market values?

On July 9th, I successfully opened my Amazon seller.

I listed products as FBA by getting brand and sales approval on Amazon.ca. I asked for approval on many products and got my sales approvals by submitting invoices.

On July 23rd, he deactivated my account.

“Hello,

Your Amazon.com seller account has been deactivated, and your listings have been removed. Ship any open orders to avoid further impact on your account.

Why is this happening?

We were unable to verify information related to your seller account or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.”

Although I sent all the requested documents, my account cannot be opened. (Business license, ID, Amazon bills, bank statement, proof of residence, internet bill.)

I request a video call, no one answers. Automatic answer comes.

There is a problem but there is no one to help with the solution!
