I do not see any personal information now. I believe there was a moderator edit on December 11th removing a personal solicitation from another person. The system may be seeing that. As you know , always remove any emails, telephone numbers and any other personal information prior to posting on the Forums.
Your current requirement is to follow the Performance Notification from December 17, 2024, titled: Important message about your Amazon seller account. This may be helpful: Seller Identity Verification - also Global seller identity verification
Once you complete the verification successfully, you will then address the Related Account violation. You will receive a Performance Notification with the name of the Related Account. That may help you address that violation.
For now, please focus on completing the virtual identity verification over a video interview.

On December 17, 2024, i completed and passed the virtual identity verification over a video interview. i've been told that my id verification was successful. On December 17th 2024, you said that i will receive the name of the related account. ARE WE BACK TO SQAURE 1 because ON NOVEMBER 17 2024 i'd already received the name of the "Related Account". There is STILL no appeal path showing on my Account Health Page. ARE WE JUST GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES HERE due to the technical issue on amazon's side that wont allow an appeal path to be implemented ? It's hard for me to believe that a billion dollar company wouldn't have this simple technical issue fixed this by now or at the very least provide a way to address this. i have not received any instructions on how to address the Related Account violation. nor is any violation showing in my seller account . I will add that during the call, it appears that the bank information in the seller account was not mine and on December 17 2024, i was told by Dharani, with Amazon Account Health Support, to not replace it with my correct info and to wait to here back something within a few hrs. that was 12-17-2024. i have not heard back from anyone regarding either matter. Can you look into this and actually help me activate my account. Again, it just appears we are going around in circles. With no path nor alterative path to explain how i could or could not be related, nor how I broke the signals NOR be able to prove I am no longer related. Once you complete the verification successfully, you will then address the Related Account violation. You will receive a Performance Notification with the name of the Related Account. That may help you address that violation.

On December 17, 2024, i completed and passed the virtual identity verification over a video interview. i've been told that my id verification was successful. On December 17th 2024, you said that i will receive the name of the related account. ARE WE BACK TO SQAURE 1 because ON NOVEMBER 17 2024 i'd already received the name of the "Related Account". There is STILL no appeal path showing on my Account Health Page. ARE WE JUST GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES HERE due to the technical issue on amazon's side that wont allow an appeal path to be implemented ? It's hard for me to believe that a billion dollar company wouldn't have this simple technical issue fixed this by now or at the very least provide a way to address this. i have not received any instructions on how to address the Related Account violation. nor is any violation showing in my seller account . I will add that during the call, it appears that the bank information in the seller account was not mine and on December 17 2024, i was told by Dharani, with Amazon Account Health Support, to not replace it with my correct info and to wait to here back something within a few hrs. that was 12-17-2024. i have not heard back from anyone regarding either matter. With no path nor alterative path to explain how i could or could not be related, nor how I broke the signals NOR be able to prove I am no longer related. Ive never heard of the related account and i have no way of explaining/ submitting anything from my seller dashboard due to a so called tech issue on amazon's side. NO ONE ELSE IS EXPERIENCDING THIS TECH ISSUE. Is there more to this issue with my account hack or amazon breach? All im trying to do is activate my account Thanks
On December 17, 2024, i completed and passed the virtual identity verification over a video interview. i've been told that my id verification was successful. On December 17th 2024, you said that i will receive the name of the related account. ARE WE BACK TO SQAURE 1 because ON NOVEMBER 17 2024 i'd already received the name of the "Related Account". There is STILL no appeal path showing on my Account Health Page. ARE WE JUST GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES HERE due to the technical issue on amazon's side that wont allow an appeal path to be implemented ? It's hard for me to believe that a billion dollar company wouldn't have this simple technical issue fixed this by now or at the very least provide a way to address this. i have not received any instructions on how to address the Related Account violation. nor is any violation showing in my seller account . I will add that during the call, it appears that the bank information in the seller account was not mine and on December 17 2024, i was told by Dharani, with Amazon Account Health Support, to not replace it with my correct info and to wait to here back something within a few hrs. that was 12-17-2024. i have not heard back from anyone regarding either matter. Can you look into this and actually help me activate my account. Again, it just appears we are going around in circles.
