I’m reaching out for some guidance or assistance from a specialist regarding my seller account. A month ago, Amazon deactivated my account, stating that it was related to another account. However, I am completely confused because the notifications I received indicate that it’s being linked to the same account I currently use. As far as I know, it's not possible to have two stores with the same name, and I don’t recognize any other accounts under my name.

I have already submitted multiple appeals, but I keep getting the same response without any clear explanation. Since the issue seems to revolve around my current account being linked to itself, I don't have additional supporting documents to provide, which makes this even more frustrating.

I’m running out of time to appeal, and I feel stuck without a clear solution. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Any advice or help from someone with experience handling this would be greatly appreciated.

My seller center was deactivated due to linked other account. I only have one account. I have no relation to the other account that I'm linked account. I don't even know that account. i tried to submit appeal but amazon say you do not have enough information. Need help.

Unfortunately, my account has been deactivated, which has caused me difficulties in accessing the appropriate channels for resolving my concerns directly. As a result, I'm turning to this community for help and guidance in addressing my issue.

The primary problem I'm encountering involves an incorrect charge on my account. Recently, I was billed $39.99 for a Professional Plan subscription, despite intending to maintain an Individual Plan subscription. This discrepancy occurred due to a glitch in the system. Upon discovering the error, I promptly downgraded my plan to an Individual Plan. I want to emphasize that I have not utilized any services under the Professional Plan.

Consequently, I am seeking assistance in obtaining a refund of the $39.99 fee for the Professional Plan subscription. I firmly believe this charge was made in error and I would greatly appreciate any guidance or support from the community in rectifying this issue.

I've already opened a case regarding this matter with the case ID 15124408711. However, despite my efforts, I have yet to receive a response. Therefore, I'm reaching out to this community in the hopes of finding a resolution.
