Hello @Seller_4y6JH0ZfbGkAB,
Thank you for posting on the Seller Forums.
My seller center was deactivated due to linked other account. I only have one account. I have no relation to the other account that I'm linked account. I don't even know that account. i tried to submit appeal but amazon say you do not have enough information. Need help.
From what you have shared, I see that your account has been deactivated for a violation of the multiple accounts policy and you have questions about how to address this.
Accounts can be found to be related to one another if personal or business information is shared between the two accounts. You don't have to "own" the other account for a link to be established. Your account may be deactivated if the account you are related to becomes deactivated for any reason. To reinstate your selling account, you will need to reinstate the related account or provide evidence that the accounts are no longer related.
I would like to ask some questions that may help you identify how the link was established...
-Has anyone helped you with your selling account recently? If so, what type of help was provided?
-Do you use any third party service providers that assist with your account? example: account creation/management, inventory management, marketing, fulfillment, etc. If so, what type of service do they provide?
-Has anyone else ever accessed your account or have you shared personal information with anyone? example: friends, family, employees, ex-employees, business partners, etc. If so, who and why?
-Have you asked your employees or people close to you if they have an account with that name?
-Have you helped anyone else with their account recently? If so, how?
I also suggest to review the following resources about this topic for clarity...
