- 1 bank account statement or credit card statement

And when I click on Reactivate Account, I get the error "Something went wrong, please try again later." and cannot update information to reactivate. I tried to clear cache, use 3 different browers without getting past the same error.
I reached out to support [CASE: 17189416291] but I keep getting the same template answer that loops into the same error and it's frustrating and in need of a support from someone who will actually look into the issue.
