HELP! New improvements to Manage all Inventory page. NO Shipping templates listed

Hi, I noticed this Saturday, and had a case and the case person was not helpful. Their solution was to empty my cache and reboot my computer.

On the Manage All Inventory page it no longer shows FBM listings shipping template that the listing is assigned to.

There is no way to click by the sku, and change the shipping template any more.

How are we supposed to manage the Shipping templates if they are no longer on this page?

Being able to see the shipping template a listing is assigned to is vital. and can't be managed by a file upload realistically that is insanity when it used to be on the Manage all Inventory page. with one click you could click on the box next to the listing, then choose from the dropdown and change the shipping template. This is ALL GONE, NO LONGER THERE.

The only place I can see shipping templates is from the Manage Seller Fulfilled Products page and the title of each listing is 90% cut off, so no way to know what the listing is that I am looking at.

Case Log ID: 16633080651 shows all my screenshots and better description of the issue.

Now that I log in this morning and see the announcement of the improvements to Manage all Inventory page, it all makes sense that the page changed. How are we supposed to see a listing in our inventory FBM and not see what Shipping template it is assigned to?

How do we manage our listings without being able to click by a SKU/listing and then change shipping template is completely missing?

We can't even tell what shipping template a listing is assigned to from the new improved page. Please help!!!

This is the announcement today, the Shipping templates are all gone from the new improved page, the listings no longer show what shipping template a listing is assigned to.

This is supposed to be on the Manage all Inventory page, Now there is no option to assign SKUs to Shipping Templates as described in this help article. This option is no longer there. NO Shipping template shows on a listing that is FBM on the Manage All Inventory page. Please fix this!!!

My view shows the templates listed as before in the Inventory column.

Just checking -- you did not downgrade your account to the individual plan ?

I am using Firefox -- regular computer, not a device.

Your screenshot is hard to read, but it looks like the listings in that screenshot are all FBA -- those won't have a template.

We have the same issue. Now the only way to change the template is to edit the listing. This was one of the positives of the new inventory page

Sorry you have had some issues with the Manage Inventory Page. @Michelle_Amazon has reached out to the team that has indicated to fix this issue you should Reset your Manage Inventory settings to default and then set them back to how you had them and it should display correctly. You can review these steps on this thread.

If this doesn't solve the problem please create an new Case with your most recent screenshots after troubleshooting and provide the Case ID here. Thank you for your understanding.
