Account made inactive, verification requested, accepted then requested again!

I hope amazon support can please help. Ive been uploading products to my inventory and was about to turn it on when I get a dormancy email and they made my account inactive. Went through the verification process and got approved. I turned my store on to sell my products.

5 hours later I get another email of the same, telling me it’s been dormant theyre making it inactive and to go through verification again. I submitted again and it was denied!

Support - PLEASE help, this is just crazy how can it be denied when I had the same documents approved earlier?

Case Ids 2831216833 and 2831219373

@Emet_Amazon @LeviDylan_Amazon could you help please?

Amazon is a massive pile of connected gerbil tubes. In many of these cases a BOT in gerbil tube #1 says you are OK but a different BOT in gerbil tube #6 has more knowledge and looked deeper into your account.

That BOT found something the first BOT didn't see or understand.

The second one might have noticed that you tried to sell a brand that requires an LOA and you don't have one on file from the BRAND that says you are permitted to sell on Amazon.

So --

The first question is -- Are you authorized IN WRITING by the BRAND to sell their items on Amazon? That means from the BRAND, not some random wholesale source that can NOT authorize anything – they only SELL.

More and more brands have provided a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.

The second (and probably more important) question is -- Where are you sourcing your products? Are you buying direct from the brand or through an AUTHORIZED wholesale source?

Have you verified with the BRAND that your distributor IS an authorized wholesale distributor for ALL of their products. Some wholesalers are only allowed to distribute portions of a product line.

Hello there, my name is CR and wanted to hop in here. I have a couple of questions for you.

  • Are you still having issues here? From what I can tell your account is active, but may be in vacation mode. Have you checked those settings?
  • Can re re-verify the case #'s provided above? I am unable to see those on my end. Were they created in a different location outside of US support? (Those typically will start with a "1")

I'll hang tight here for your replies.

CR back here again. In taking a look in your account, it appears that they are still validating the information. I saw this by navigating to your 'Account Info' tab within the setting icon in the top right of Seller Central.

I do not have a way to expedite the review, but please pay close attention to your performance notifications for updates.
