Amazon has requested invoices and proof of purchase for certain items we sell. We have carefully provided exactly what was asked for, ensuring that
Invoices from authorized suppliers and distributors
Documents contained all necessary details (supplier name, address, order details, purchase quantities, etc)
The invoices were recent and matched the items in questions
Despite meeting all of the Amazon’s stated requirements, they still rejected the invoices. No one has provided any specific feedback on what is wrong with my invoices. Just generic email responses. Tried reaching out to seller support but no one seems to understand what is going on because all my listings are still active. Was not given a Case ID. Just looking for a little clarification so I can continue selling these products on Amazon.
The scripted requests do not ask for it, but often you will need to also provide your written Letter of Authorization from the brand, stating that you are authorized to sell their products specifically on Amazon (general authorization is not good enough).
