False Counterfeit Claim
Wondering if anyone else has had a false counterfeit claim made against them.
I received one today saying I was selling counterfeit candy?
I have all required documentation and it is as legit as can be, but it is concerning how easy it is to file a counterfeit claim and possible close someone's account/ruin their livelihood.

Yup, we have had to get the executive selling relations team involved with some of them. Thankfully most of the false claims we received were in late 2022, early 2023 and we haven't received any since after providing the necessary paperwork.
