Bought them as a single item and selling them as a pack of 2
I'm new! Help! I've managed to source an item that if bought as a single item and can be sold on Amazon as a pack of 2. I'm approved to sell. As a single item it comes with their specific UPC and the listing for the pack of 2 (ASIN-B00JJWZNWU) on Amazon has a different UPC. I'm just a reseller and don't want to violate any of the policies, but can I change the UPC on the single items to reflect the pack of 2 UPC? Can I just label over the new (pack of 2) UPC?

Your two pack will need a new GS1 UPC. However, the UPC must be issued in the manufacturer's name so that is matches their assigned UPC account.
You cannot just buy one UPC for the tow pack in your name. All those digits in the UPC, do have a meaning. If you thy this, it will be rejected because the UPC is not associated with the actual manufacturer.

Appreciate you asking this question @Seller_y83uR85QPxnDe- and glad to see @Seller_CW0P5hgbsiqWXhere with some info.
I'll confirm that each multi-pack should have it's own UPC, and each UPC does need to be associated with the actual manufacturer of a product. For some further reading please do see our guidelines for UPC and GTIN, and the UPC guidelines for multi-packs.
Just in case, I'll also call out that approval from Amazon to sell within a certain category does not mean you have direct approval from the owning brand to sell their products. You may already have approval from this brand, but if not, you may wish to read through the approvals process, and the benefits of a Letter of Authorization.
