It's been 6 month that Amazon keep denying my Kids and Baby Furniture application

Hello everyone,

I've been trying to sell a baby lounge since October but Amazon keeps denying my selling application. I have everything ready, the product in a warehouse, invoice, product pictures, no account/listing violations, brand and GTIN exemption, and they also approved my product , but they deny 1 minute after I apply to sell.

Has anyone had the same problem and solved it?

Good Evening @Seller_vT4lOk3PAnQLs,

I wanted to reach out to you as I understand you have been applying to sell in the Kids and Baby Furniture category for the last six months, however it seems the documentation you have provided are not acceptable documents.

  • We are unable to accept retail receipts, online order confirmations, packing slips, sales orders, pro forma invoices, or sales quotes for approval. Provide an invoice from a manufacturer, distributor, or your supplier that reflects the itemized list of goods that you bought.
  • Additionally the images provided do not show the manufacturer or brand owner’s name or contact information. Accepted contact information includes a physical address, website URL, or phone number. You must provide images that meet this requirement.

From my experience of seeing what other sellers have gone through in the Seller Forums, it seems if you do not submit new information in each of your attempts to apply, you will get auto-denied on your applications.

Because of that, I would like to provide the link for Amazon's Responsible Sourcing documentation request requirements. Listed below are the requirements for sourcing documentation request:

Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured

These documents:

  • Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
  • Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
  • Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents

Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.

You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.

A letter of authorization can also be a valuable addition to category selling application if you are sourcing directly from the brand or their manufacturer and lastly, you should take a look at this video -->HERE<-- regarding invoice requirements for when you apply to sell.

Feel free to review the feedback that myself and Selling Partner Support have discussed with you these last six months so you can work on setting up a great selling application. Have a great rest of the week.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
