Error 5461 after receiving brand approval

Dear Amazon Team,

I’m a new seller and have been tirelessly trying to complete my product listing.

Case ID: 7485653351

I’ve already received Amazon's approval to use my brand name as a brand owner, but almost every time I attempt to list my product, I get Error 5461 and am prompted to apply for catalog authorization again.

Twice, my listing seemed to go through, showing as "being created" in the browser, but I still can’t find my product under Manage All Inventory, it goes straight to Complete my drafts

Could you please check and advise on how to resolve this issue? I appreciate your support!

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I will be happy to assist wherever I am able. Thank you for the case ID, I also found a more recent case ID that mentioned 2 UPC's as the reason for declining the application. I did review both of those UPC's in GS1 and see that they are owned by you.

I have escalated this issue to a partner team to review and to clarify what is going on here. I will provide an update to you here as soon as I have one. Please note that sometimes this team will reach out to you directly via a new case ID if they need any additional info as well.
