error 5461 after receiving brand approval

I am a new seller here and been trying so endlessly to complete the listing of my product.

It is case ID 16067241421. I already got an approval from Amazon to use my brand name ( I am a brand owner) but almost every time I tried to list my product, error 5461 came up and I was asked to apply for catalog authorization again. There were two times when my listing got through. It said on the browser that my listing was being created; however, I still could not find my product in the Inventory.

I am now not enrolled in Brand Registry yet but I already received GTIN exemption approved.

I have opened many cases with the Amazon Seller Support but the problem still remains.

I need urgent help....Please.....

There were two times when my listing got through. It said on the browser that my listing was being created; however, I still could not find my product in the Inventory.

Did you check in your draft listings to see if they were there?
