Assistance Required – Inactive Listings for Pet Supplements
Dear Amazon Moderation Team,
I have been an Amazon seller since 2022, generating over $2 million in annual sales. Over the past six months, I have been working diligently to establish my dog supplement brand. My supplements are currently available on other platforms, and I have successfully obtained Brand Registry approval through Amazon.
However, I am encountering an issue where my product listings become inactive shortly after being added to Amazon. The deactivation appears to be due to Amazon’s policy on pet ingestibles and pet supplies, as indicated by the following message:
*"We are not accepting applications to sell:
Other Pet Supplies category in Refurbished condition(s)
Other Pet Ingestible Products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Other Pet Supplies category in Collectible condition(s)"*
I have all the necessary documentation to verify the legitimacy of my business, including GMP certificates, ISO certifications, invoices, and other supporting compliance documents.
I previously opened a case regarding this issue (Case ID: 17431914271) but have not yet received a resolution. I would appreciate it if an Amazon moderator could review this matter and provide guidance on reinstating my listings.

welcome to the club! multiple sellers having the same issue. Just have to wait for a mod to respond and escalate and hope you get approved.
