Andererseits haben wir die LUCID-Nummer auf Amazon hochgeladen und sie hat den Status „Gültig“. Nachdem wir den Eintrag erstellt hatten, erhielten wir jedoch eine E-Mail mit dem Hinweis: „Der Link wurde gesperrt, weil Sie die LUCID-Nummer nicht angegeben haben oder wir die von Ihnen angegebene Nummer nicht überprüfen können. Detaillierte Gründe finden Sie im Produktionsportal der Herstellerverantwortung.“

Wir haben keine Ahnung, wie wir dieses Problem lösen und den Eintrag erfolgreich erstellen können. Wir warten auf ein aktives Angebot und erstellen eine Sendung, um die Mehrwertsteuerdatei vorzubereiten.

Dear Amazon,

We got the brand authorization and became the brand's distributor, but after we created the listing, it turned to inactive status. It showed that we need to be approved by the brand.

On the other hand, we uploaded the LUCID number to Amazon and it is Valid status. However after we created the listing, we received an email that "the link was suspended because you did not submit the LUCID number, or we cannot verify the number you provided. You can find detailed reasons in the production portal of producers responsibility."

We have no idea how to solve this issue and create the listing successfully. We await an active listing and create a shipment to prepare the VAT file.

It's so urgent. Is that anyone who can help us?
