shipment id: FBA18HMSTRF3, this shipment was delivered to the FBA warehouse on the 21st, but it has not yet begun to be received and processed. I understand that it is the peak season for sales, but it is unacceptable to have such a slow processing speed. Why did your warehouse not have adequate processing capacity or manpower to handle the coming shipments, that leading to our sellers' goods being delayed to put on the shelves to sell. And more, FBA18FBPCN61, the shipment started to receiving in 12th Nov, but till now only 168pcs are available for sale, what a ridiculous receiving speed!

Correc, but there is not really a delay. Beginning the 3rd week of October, Amazon stopped receiving seller inventory. Amazon has no room for it and all employees are assigned to shipping out buyer purchases. If Amazon accepts the boxes, it will just sit until January, or Amazon simply does not accept the inventory and has it returned to sender.

As items are scanned as received, they will be made available for sale. Once the FC concludes processing your shipment and it has closed, you may reconcile your shipment if necessary.
