Please check, I submitted all the required documents and also used valid charge method for amazon fees $39.99/month, amount also deducted from my account and completed the Tax Information successfully even the amazon account is not active.
Please check if need any additional document so I can submit, waiting to hear from you.

You are not talking to Amazon here, this is the seller forum.
This has to be a CREDIT card, not Debit, not Prepaid. And it has to be from a REAL bank, not a payment provider or a virtual bank.
