Hi everyone! I am starting out a private label brand in bedding category and I am in the process of design production for the product packaging. I will be importing them from China under my branding, my logo and my own package design.

What are the common rules for product packaging?

Can I put company's email address for customer support? Like "If you have any questions regarding the product, please reach out at customerservice email"

Can I put my company's website on the packaging box?

Can I put generic picture on the product packaging box? (Picture on the package will be slightly different than the product itself, since I don't have the actual product in hand, it is in production now). I will have the actual pictures of the product once I receive them already with the packaging box I am designing now.

What info is allowed or what info is prohibited on the product package?

hi looking for help. I’m new here on Amazon and recently sent my first product to FBA but it’s still not active. Then I approved for Amazon handmade and I wish I didn’t sent my product to FBA. Can I delete my product to avoid monthly fee? If yes will Amazon remove those products from warehouse? What will happen to them? Send back to me or charge me something?

I created a listing in October 2020, I was the original creator of the item, last weekend this product brand was changed to an unrelated brand name, and now this asin is Inactive and FBA has a large inventory

So far, I've asked Amazon support several times to help me change back to the brand I filled in when I was listed, and Amazon has refused to change the name back to the brand name I have since I created the listing.

Why can someone else change the brand of my product?
