Compared to last year we are off 20% for Dec. so far Seems like AI Rufus hasn't been beneficial for us or other sellers Last three months have not been great How are other people doing?

My sales are down around 30% compared to last December. Ive tried everything and at this point believe it is the economy.
All depends on what you are selling versus what people are buying this year.
Our sales are up versus year ago.
Hard to blame the economy. Several major retailers report their quarterly performance versus year ago is up 5-10%.
People are shopping. It is worth it to figure out how you can get people to buy what you're selling - even if that means changing what you're selling.
Good luck!

Very late start to XMAS SALES this year so totals are down from year ago also first time in 14 years that December sales are lower than November! Still not complaining as in election years a lot of money gets spent supporting candidates/ causes leaving less for us AMAZON sellers! AMAZON prices are not competitive anymore which is why I bought a dishwasher and stainless steel commercial freestanding sink on Walmart.
How was December? Awful! Last pay period we had. to pay AZ $ 14 for the monthly fee. Haven't ever had this happen before. Hopefully sales will pick up soon.
Hello @Seller_Q9ho1zjPZI726- and thanks for starting this discussion to check in on seasonal progress with other sellers.
I hope everyone here is in for a late-holiday surge, but also wanted to drop a couple relevant resources on planning for 2025, boosting seasonal sales, and optimizing listings, in case there are any useful takeaways for any sellers here!
I hope there is some use in the above resources, and that everyone's holiday seasons have been a happy one!
Best,
Danny
There is a lot of things going on from what I can disclose
- Customers are broke, I think its pre 2007 situation, orange man wont help much
- Competition from Temi and others
- More fees forces us to raise prices hurting our sales
We think our sales will pick up after ad spend goes down because we dont buy ads

My sales went off a cliff on December 23rd. Possibly my worst week of the entire year.
