I am getting ready my first shipment for FBA and I dont have ASIN barcode. My products comes with no barcode at all. I put my product into an individual packages and stick the SKU labels. DO I need ASIN barcode as well? Please help!

I have a few listings in my inventory (FBM) and now I am trying to convert my products to FBA. However, after I clicked "enroll in FBA" for my current products. It shows "Information Required: Amazon Barcode Only". I don't know where I can get/generate this Amazon barcode nor where I can update this information. I do have a barcode on my product but I doubt this can be used by Amazon.

I contacted support many times but they never solved my problem. Does anyone know how to solve this?

I own a manufacturing company and am trying to list one of my products on Amazon. There is a barcode on the product which is one can and a separate barcode for a case of 6. Another seller has entered my barcode for the single can in Amazon as a case of 6 and also used the wrong company name. So now when I'm trying to list my product, it's telling me that the barcode is for a case of 6 when I'm only selling by single cans and because my barcode is now attached to the incorrect company name, I have to use it. How do I fix this?? How can they tell me I'm using MY barcode incorrectly when I submitted bank statements proving I own the company/brand?
