Amazon barcode required, cannot enroll in FBA

Amazon barcode required, cannot enroll in FBA

I have a few listings in my inventory (FBM) and now I am trying to convert my products to FBA. However, after I clicked "enroll in FBA" for my current products. It shows "Information Required: Amazon Barcode Only". I don't know where I can get/generate this Amazon barcode nor where I can update this information. I do have a barcode on my product but I doubt this can be used by Amazon.

I contacted support many times but they never solved my problem. Does anyone know how to solve this?

You can print this label during the Send to Amazon process or by pulling up the listing in your Manage Inventory, clicking the down arrow next to the Edit button, and selecting Print Item labels.

An Amazon Barcode has the FNSKU that Amazon has assigned to your SKU. It usually starts with X0. As @Seller_f4a7xAPCCSMqDnotes, the label can be printed from the Send To Amazon process.
