A Children's Product Certificate (CPC) Submission Rejected. How to know the exactly reason

I am currently submitting documents for my products, however, I have submitted many times about my CPC but my documents are constantly rejected with the reason that the CPC is not correct. I have tried many ways to meet Amazon's requirements. However, even though I have changed to a new CPC made by the lab (according to Amazon's requirements), my CPCs are still rejected. Can you tell me why and what I should fix to meet Amazon's requirements?

My shipment is currently preparing to enter the Amazon warehouse, I don't have much time to wait because the review time is too long. Please help me.

@Seller_obAHjB5jegwTg Hello, may I ask how long it took for Amazon to initially reject your CPC? I’ve been waiting for well over a month since submitting my tests and certification, but I haven’t received any updates. Thanks

Hi @Seller_obAHjB5jegwTg,

I have reviewed your case and see that the ASIN's you provided as 1, 2, 6 and 7 have been approved and are live on Amazon. For the remaining ASIN's, the team needs more time to investigate as the case has only been open for 7 days. The case has also been submitted to Seller Support, which is not the correct path. Please follow the instructions in this Childrens Toys help page to ensure that your case goes to the correct team for review. Submitting to the incorrect team and creating multiple cases for the same issue can lead to your ability to create cases to be removed, so you want to ensure that you are always contacting the correct team and not continually asking for updates or creating a new case if you do not hear back right away.

Once you create a new case through the correct path, if it takes longer than 14 days for the team to review your case, please create a new discussion with the new Case ID and we will take a look.

I would also recommend that you go through your case log and close any cases that you no longer need investigated if they were not created correctly or your issues have been fixed.

Wishing you the best!

Michelle
