Hello
I have been daily contacting amazon for reduced space , filled out forms multiple times. No response.
Did anyone esle faced same issue? What to do?
I've reached out to Amazon Seller Support again regarding the FBA storage limit issue. After explaining the situation, the support representative has raised another request to the FC team on my behalf.
I've been informed that storage limits are adjusted based on space availability, sales history for a specific time period and this exception keeps on updating every month (as per validity) for each seller.
While I understand the challenges, the drastic reduction without prior notice has significantly impacted my business.
I'll keep you updated on any further developments.
Let's hope for a positive resolution soon! Has anyone received a resolution or found a workaround for this issue?
I finally got a reply from team.
They sent me a removal order for 7 units which I accepted, now the reply which I got is you must have got space from removal order , use that for fullfillment.
My daily run rate is more than 50 units and they are saying total space granted , which is 50 units per warehouse is justified consedering appoitnment delays , onboarding delays.
The space should be minimum 30 X DRR , i.e. aroung 3000 units.
I dont know ehy the team is justifing it
UPDATE:
Just wanted to share an update on the FBA storage limit issue. Amazon support has informed me that they're unable to grant an exception to the inventory limit as my overstock inventory is above the 20% threshold.
I've been asked to review my inventory and create removal orders for excess stock.
yes i'm also facing same issue no response by amazon
UPDATE:
I'm happy to report that I've finally received an update on my FBA storage limit issue. After removing excess inventory and resubmitting the form, Amazon has increased my storage limit from 50 units to 250 units!
While it's not the full amount I initially requested, this is a significant improvement and will help me manage my inventory more effectively.
If any of you are facing similar issues, I encourage you to persist and keep following up with Amazon Seller Support. It may take some time, but eventually, you should be able to resolve the issue.
