I have a heavy product

that I want to start selling through Amazon FBA. Due to its weight, I am considering using wooden crates for packaging instead of standard cardboard boxes. similar to the picture shown but with a lid, of course.

Can anyone confirm if Amazon FBA will accept and ship products packaged in wooden boxes? Are there any specific guidelines or approvals required for using such packaging?

I am working with FBM and have 1 order to ship of a pair of products that are very big and heavy, more than 25 pounds each. I need to send them in two separate boxes.

How can I ship them separately while ensuring they arrive correctly to the customer and that I have proper tracking for the shipment?

Is it possible to receive two shipping labels for the same order, or what is the best alternative in this situation?

I am trying to get Amazon FBA to ship my ASINs in corrugated boxes. My product is fragile and will break if they are packaged in the bubble mailers. I have conducted the drop tests that Amazon requires and my packaging protects the product during those tests. The help team keeps coming back to me with the requirement to move forward:

• ASIN images showing the prep instruction being performed with a scanable item barcode visible on your evidence.(item must be visible)

What type of image are they looking for? I keep asking for examples but I don't get anywhere and I don't understand how I can show photos of a drop test because it's an active test. I sent an unedited video of the drop tests but that wasn't accepted. This has been going on for 2 months now and I'm no closer to resolving the issue than I was on day one. Please help!
