Read onlyFor the past five orders, Easy Ship pickups have not occurred as scheduled, I have called Easy Ship customer support 3-4 times, and the only solution provided was to submit the miss pickup form.
Despite following these steps, the issue remains unresolved.
Please advise on the next steps to resolve this issue or escalate the matter for quicker resolution.

we are also facing similar issue from last two weeks during Diwali festive season. In addition of easy ship pick miss post miss pickup form submission got email confirmation about pickup will be attempted tomorrow and then order gets automated cancel.
If anyone found root cause and some solution as atleast how to know nearby hub where these pick ups collected still we can atleast send packages at that place near to end of the day if pick up not attempted.
Also please advise if any regulator can help us to deal with Amazon to recover on losses due to marketplace error as in vice versa case if they can charge we too should have right as seller to charge back from Amazon.
