I was suspended on August 22, 2018 and submitted invoice and POA 5 times. Appealed on September 1, 2018.
Today I received message from amazon:
Hello,
We reviewed your account and the information you provided, and we have decided that you may no longer sell on Amazon.com.
For privacy reasons, we do not provide details about our investigation methods. We may not reply to further emails about this issue.
You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please write to payments-funds@amazon.com.

Is our account complete out? Is there a way to solve this problem?
I did not sell 100% counterfeit product. I submit invoice, but why amazon do not remove suspend my account?

Could you post all your communication with Amazon regarding this matter, including the original suspension notice?
