Account suspended help please!!

Hi there!

I've created Amazon Seller account as individual and it was suspended. It says that I related to another account, but I'm actually not. I've provided all the documents needed multiple times but it still suspended. What also can I do? Maybe I can get help for account health management? But I don't know how to connect with anybody.

Please help

The first concern I wanted to address is your attempt to contact the account health team. As mentioned you created an individual account thus you would not have access to their calling services as seen in the account health support: FAQ help page.

  • All professional sellers have access to the Contact us button on their Account health page to contact an account health specialist.

Due to this, you may only create cases or topics here for support in these situations. Since this was a situations surrounding a multiple account policy violation, you should have received a notice advising the store you were associated to. Do you recognize the store? Do you have any friends or family that sell, or previously sold on amazon at any point? Have you ever hired a third party to help create or manage the store?

We will typically require documentation such as contracts, terminations, bill of sale, transfer of ownership to help show proof that you are not associated to this other store, but pleas be aware if the documentation does not exist or cannot be provided or supported, we will require the associated store to first be reinstated for your eligibility for reactivation.
