Hi Guys,
I am an SFP seller. I personally witness my mailman scan my SFP packages when he picks them up. But on the package’s tracking, it does not indicate that the packages were picked up by the carrier. The same applies even a week after shipment. The next scan for the package is its route to delivery destination. My SFP metrics are taking a hit because of this. Any ideas on what the mailman/myself are doing wrong?
Sounds like something is wrong with his hand held terminal
Why not tell your Mailman that the packages he/her is scanning is not working?
And that they are not beng marked as picked up.
