I do see that the other charges amount have been updated, as well as your account level reserve in your account with positive net proceeds since you last posted.

Are you talking about the no money received on that pay period only? because I do see you have had received three payments after that date.

Yes. As you can see on the screenshot, there is a subtraction on the “other” tab of over 3,000 dollars. That money just vanished. There is no transactions with such amount in the transactions report.

While I'm waiting for any answer why Amazon took 3k with no reason, this happened again. You can see a huge charge over 1k in the "other" expenses tab for this settlement. And it keeps growing. It will take all my money if doesn't stop. This is VERY URGENT as my small business can't survive when Amazon is taking money.
Hi, did you have any bank claims from your customers recently? Because I assume that this is a hold from amazon because of the claim. I'm not sure but we can find out what is it together as Amazon won't give us any answers.
