The product had been listed before, and support has only advised me to wait for the Apply to Sell button to appear. Still the same issue regardless. "We are not accepting applications to sell"
Does anyone have any solutions?

For all with this issue. Are the products you're selling TRANSPARCEY items? If so, you will have to go through the TRANSPARENCY procedure with your supplier.
I have been experiencing the same ongoing issue with Amazon for more than two weeks, without a satisfactory resolution.
This is happening across the board, whether you had listed the item before or not. It is happening on items that are currently selling as well. If Amazon decides they are not taking applications, that is usually the end of the line (maybe they will decide to open it again).

they gated us 60k EURO stock worth which we cannot return to supplier or to sell in other platform as it is sold well only on amazon!

I hate to say it, but this is common practice... I'm surprised in 3+ years this is the first time you're dealing with this. I had two products that I was selling, have several thousand dollars worth of stock on hand. The restricted me in August 2024 and Seller Support tells me the same thing, just wait... well it's almost Feb 2025 and I still cannot re-apply and the items are collecting dust. Maybe they will be sold out & back in demand by the time I can actually move them. And yes, I've tried other platforms to unload them but they just don't move very quickly. Other sellers however are still selling the same ASIN's actively. Who knows, we're all at the mercy of Amazon's bots.

Thanks for reaching out. I have reviewed your case and it provided you with correct information. I also wanted to let you know that the ASIN is in violation of the Brand Name Policy as there is a brand on the product, but it's being listed as Generic. I would advise that you follow the instructions in this help page and fully remove your contributions before you get a policy violation and then review your other listings as well to ensure they are listed with the correct brands.
