Read onlyHello everyone! We decided to give AWD a try. On our first cycle thousands of dollars worth of items have been lost on almost every transfer from AWD to FBA. These are shipments recieved in full when we send to AWD with discrepancies when sent fro AWD to FBA (completely out of our control.) Is anyone else expierencing these issues? It is our peak season and we are down hundreds (maybe thousands) of items with research now just being available after a 90 day "grace" period before Amazon would even look into it. My question is, is there any hope these items get located? Amazon support has given 100 different answers all making less sense than the last. We need inventory. The good news is all our other chanels are growing so we are able to stay alive as a busines.
If we could get someone with some actual understanding of the systems we may be able to continue on Amazon:

Every day without our inventory is costing us huge. I would hope that someone at amazon could show that they care about their sellers in the slightest (I know, I know.)
