As previously mentioned, pinned posts can also be found within a category when filters are used. If you click on one of the categories, you can see if it is currently featuring a pinned discussion. In the example below, @Jim_Amazon has a pinned thread in the Manage Your Brand Category.
If you select all the categories and click the drop down arrow at the top right corner of the ‘Pinned by community manager’ message, you can see all the pinned posts across the categories that are actively highlighting their respective pieces of content. In the example below, several categories have pinned posts such as Community Connections, Manage Your Brand, and Grow Your Business as all the category filters on the left were selected.
We hope this overview has helped illuminate the power of pinned posts and how their content can elevate your Amazon selling experience. Keep an eye out for these highlighted gems around the forums - they're sure to provide valuable guidance and inspiration.
In case you missed our previous Forums Focus discussions, catch up on how to level up your search skills and personalize your preferences on the forums brought to you by our very own Community Manager, @Danny_Amazon.
