Read onlyI had a customer order 3 separate orders for safe accessories. They didn't fit her safe so she requested a return on all three of them. She then reached out to Amazon and asked for a single return label so she didn't have to ship them back separately (we shipped them to her all together). Amazon sent me the message asking me to provide a return label. So I did. Now I have the items back and I am going to process the return and I am concerned I am going to get charged for the return labels even though they were never used. When I look at the return page it allows me to charge her for the label and it shows the label cost. Any insight?
Hi @Seller_25835rBG60h0W- and thanks for the post-- if the labels being referenced here were never used, you should not be charged for them. Per this help page on Prepaid returns for seller-fulfilled orders:
"Buyers can also arrange to ship the return product on their own. We will charge your account for the return label cost only when the buyer tenders the package to the carrier."
Did you witness anything different as this return proceeded?
