I have received a Suspected IP violation becuase the listing I am selling under has been hijacked by Yuaben. I cannot edit the listing to remove the violation because the brand has been hijacked. I've created a case and have received no help whatsoever. ASIN B01JFBNE52 was hijacked by "HOGDSEIRRS". Seller and brand support are useless. They put you in endless loops and tell you over and over to use the report a violation tool. Well it doesn't work. After I reported the hijacking they took the listing down. We are the brand owner and the GTIN is clearly owned by us, easy to proof. The product images and description show our brand very clearly as well. This ASIN is also many years older than HOGDSEIRRS sells on Amazon but still, they have no interest in helping.

Go to google and search amazon "HOGDSEIRRS" baby. Afterwards click on the links below. They are all taken down. It's a graveyard for hijacked ASIN's. This company doesn't even sell their own products, they just take others down.

Can anyone from Amazon Seller Support Help?

One of our listings have been hijacked by the brand Patyreal, I have seen other post about this brand hijacking listings, yet they are still allowed to continue in Amazon, mindblowing when others get banned for much less. Any help from the mods would be appreciated.
