IP violation received because Brand was Hijacked

I have received a Suspected IP violation becuase the listing I am selling under has been hijacked by Yuaben. I cannot edit the listing to remove the violation because the brand has been hijacked. I've created a case and have received no help whatsoever. Case ID 16026937751 @Dougal_AmazonI've seen you respond to these issues in the past, any help you can offer here would be appreciated.

If you are under another listing, you wouldn't be able to change it anyway.

Hello @Seller_7MkPDfvuAAs55,

I understand you are facing a Suspected IP violation on your Amazon listing and are having difficulty resolving it. Here's some guidance on the best way to address this issue:

If you believe the listing you are selling under has been hijacked and is infringing on your intellectual property rights, such as your brand's trademark, copyright, or patent, the appropriate course of action is to submit your concern through Amazon's Brand Registry or Report Infringement page.

The Brand Registry allows brand owners to protect their intellectual property on Amazon. Through the Brand Registry, you can report any suspected infringement of your brand's rights. Amazon has a dedicated team that will review your claim and take appropriate action to address the issue.

Alternatively, you can also report the infringement through Amazon's Report Abuse page. This option allows you to provide details about the suspected violation and submit any supporting documentation.

I would also recommend you follow up on the case you've already opened (case ID 16026937751) and provide any additional information or evidence that could help Amazon's team investigate and resolve the issue.

Thank you for contacting us! The forums community and I are committed to assisting you. Please let us know if you have any other questions! We're happy to provide further guidance.

Best,

-Roxy
