We have received orders and after delivering the orders to buyer they simply rejecting orders stating wrong product received and refund also auto initiated but we have dispatched the product which mentioned in our listing.
how can we identify these type of buyers.

Do you mean that the buyer raised A-Z Claim to get a refund?

Happening a lot during festive season, I think increasing prime membership fees can help this issue a lot.
Same happened with us... buyer placed order ..we shiiped .. as we shipped buyer cancel it.. & in returns we are robbed in day light as different pack with different item/s returned .. & even we updated Amazon .. they didn't give ear. .. Amazon is becoming coning site day by day /.

As a seller on Amazon Marketplace, I strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, I've recently faced several challenges with returns that have affected my overall experience.
Many of the items returned by buyers have not been the products I originally shipped. It’s frustrating to receive different products, sometimes used or damaged, as returns. This not only impacts my inventory but also complicates my ability to serve genuine customers effectively.
I understand that customers may have issues with their purchases, but I wish there was a more robust process in place to ensure that returned items match what was sent. It would help maintain the integrity of the marketplace and protect sellers from these unexpected losses.
Despite these challenges, I remain committed to delivering the best experience possible for my customers and hope for improvements in the returns process in the future.
