AMAZON NOW DEVELOPED A NEW TREND OF DOING FRAUD WITH SELLERS. FIRST YOU GET A CALL AND EMAIL FROM AMAZON FOR ADS RECOMMENDATION AGENT. THEY WILL ASK TO ACCEPT THOSE RECOMMENDATION SO THAT THE SALE COULD INCREASED. WE HAVE ACCEPTED TWO TIMES. ORDERS INCREASED ONLY FOR SOME DAYS. WE NEVER EXPECT SUCH FRAUD FROM AMAZON SO DO NOT CHECKED THE ORDERS. AGAIN SECOND TIME GOT THE SAME CALL AGAIN WE ACCEPTED AGAIN ORDER INCREASED. THIS TIME, WE HAVE CHECKED EACH AND EVERY ORDERS AND FOUND THAT FOR ABOUT 10 TO 15 ORDERS WERE HAVING FAKE SHIPPING ADDRESS. AND ALL OF THEM WERE VERIFIED BY AMAZON. HOW ??? HOW COULD BE A SHIPPING ADDRESS AS : BUYER NAME, CITY NAME, AND STATE NAME ONLY.......

NO HOUSE NUMBER AREA LANDMARK NOTHING.

AND THE ORDER GOT VERIFIED BY AMAZON BECAUSE THEY THEMSELVES PLACING THESE FAKE ORDERS IN ORDER TO JUSTIFY THEM SELVES AS THEY ARE TAKING MONEY FROM OUR RUNNING ADS SO THEY HAVE TO SHOW ABOUT THE INCREASED ORDER STATEMENT...

ALL THESE FAKE ORDER RETURNED TO SELLER.BY THIS WAY THEY ALSO MAKING SELLERS RETURN RATE INCREASE WHICH COULD NOT BE MANAGED BY SELLERS AT ALL.SO IN THIS WAY AMAZON DOING FRAUD. BUYER AND ORDER VERIFICATION TEAM INVOLVED IN SUCH FRAUD.WE HAVE STOPPED TAKING RECOMMENDATION CALLS STILL WE ARE SEEING FAKE ORDERS .

YESTERDAY ALSO WE GOT FAKE ORDER AND HAVE TO SHIP SAME DAY...

THEY WILL ASK TO GENERATE TICKETS AND TRANSFERRED THE CASES BUT NO CALLBACK OR RESOLUTION PROVIDED. WHY THEY PROVIDE ANY SOLUTION BECAUSE THEY THEMSELVES PLACING FAKE ORDERS ONLY TO JUSTIFY THE ADS SPEND AND TAKING THE SHIPPING CHARGES.. NO REIMBURSEMENT I GOT YET. FOR FAKE ORDERS.

I am a seller in amazon from 2022. From that date I haven't received a single rupee from amazon for RTO orders reimbursement. I have complained to Amazon Seller Support about this case, but it has been around 3 months, and no satisfactory response is received from them nor received my reimbursed amount from them. Around 60,000rs amount is remaining. These are the case ID's (9859309512, 9731355882, 9681108202). Amazon is doing fraud with its sellers. They are not returning my money. Daily they come up with a new excuse and new mails asking for the information which is useless and not even related to this case. Worst e-commerce platform.

Amazon not Reimburse my extra Weight Fee which they takes from me on more then 450+ orders... Even they email me that i will get Reimbursement of INR 10826 But still i haven't received any such a shame for Amazon now Amazon is one of the biggest fraud company in my view first they charged extra weight fee and even you cant edit the volumetric weight as they restricted you to edit those weight but still you have to ship the product but after you uo give them proof then they don't reimburse you... I will file a case against Amazon in consumer court... Be aware of this Amazon fraud...
