did you buy shipping on Amazon?
Does the tracking information on the USPS website show that there was an ACCEPTANCE SCAN ('USPS picked up item') by USPS within your SHIP-BY window given for the order by Amazon?
Hi @Seller_gfg8WNtayvLV3,
I might need a bit more context on this order and claim. It looks like the claim was entered because the buyer wished to return the items, but a prepaid shipping label wasn't provided.
In cases where a customer would like to return an order, but a return label or refund isn't provided, they are allowed to enter an A-to-Z claim. Based on the information in the claim, it doesn't appear there was an issue with delivery.
I just wanted to confirm this information with you before we move further.
