Feedback Removal Request for Order ID: 112-7964514-8393022

Customer feedback content “I used the label provided by Amazon to return this dress. I paid $15.70 in return shipping, nearly the cost of the item. It was sent back with Return to Sender, Unable to Forward. I am very unhappy with this seller, amazon, and the return, or lack of ability to return. Will never buy from this seller again."

This feedback is for an item we do not sell! We have not received any return request for this order ID. Customer is referring to a dress in the feedback and we do not sell dresses! Feedback was left for the wrong seller and we should not be penalized for the customers mistake! Also the customer had an issue with her return label provided by Amazon which we have no control over.

This is all common sense, We are hoping a mod can get this very derogatory feedback removed or at the very least struck through.

We need a mod to assist us in getting this corrected. Ty!

As a general rule, Amazon does not remove buyer feedback even if it is unwarranted or the issue has been resolved.

However, there are some situations when Amazon will remove or strike-through buyer feedback. In such situations, if your request is granted, the impact of the feedback will be removed from your feedback rating and Order Defect Rate (ODR).
