I need to close my seller account. I am getting charged every month. The account has been inactive for a few months. I did not sell anything since I opened few months ago. How to close the account?

My account has been deactivated by amazon under section 3 in April 2024 and I had nearly 2000$ in balance but amazon refused me to pay and denied reactivating my account. Last month they charged me 340 USD and this month 192USD for no reason. I am not able to close my account after trying 10 times and I am not able to dissolve my inventory as they are saying you do not have rights as your account is being deactivated and they are not closing my account because of the leftover inventory. If you do not reactivate my account how can i remove the inventory, I want to close my account permanently and stop getting charged that much amount of money for no reason.

Please someone help me to close my account.
