Fix Stranded Inventory (Account not fully onboarded)
My account status is healthy and I had all my documents sent and verified. I sent some units to FBA and all the units are stuck at warehouse as stranded inventory. My store status appears innactive at USA and Canada marketplaces, even though it's all "off-vacation". My address was already verified and I don't know what else to do. Everything seems fine in the account, yet my inventory is strained showing the reason "Account not fully onboarded".
I have a case open (ID 17427905641) and been waiting for days to have this problem fixed. Can someone please help me and tell me what else do I have to do?
