buyer left negative feedback for a product review, seller support refuses to strike it or remove it, keeps telling same thing over and over if its for product review then they will remove it. need help here. case ID 16784608471

Please help us for the negative feedback left for order 112-2795667-6281860.

The buyer requested a return, and we accepted the return request and provided a prepaid return label with tracking number 9434636105447964160646. The buyer subsequently used this label because the tracking number has updated the package's location information.

The buyer left negative feedback: 'when are we able to receive a return label ?' This is untrue as I have uploaded the return label in a timely manner and I believe the buyer has received it.

This is a first... we have a buyer who self-doxxed themselves in the negative feedback they left. Of course, trying to get it removed through the feedback removal tool led to the obvious automated failure to remove the feedback.

So, would a member of the mod-team want to help this "smart" buyer who self-doxxed themselves in at the very least removing their information from the feedback that was left?
