Hi Amazon mods, a buyer recently left a negative feedback for a product that we don't sell. I tried to get it removed but that didn't work. We sell pet supplies products but the feedback is for a coffee product. Order number is 114-7986387-6141866. Thank you.

Please help us for the negative feedback left for order 112-2795667-6281860.

The buyer requested a return, and we accepted the return request and provided a prepaid return label with tracking number 9434636105447964160646. The buyer subsequently used this label because the tracking number has updated the package's location information.

The buyer left negative feedback: 'when are we able to receive a return label ?' This is untrue as I have uploaded the return label in a timely manner and I believe the buyer has received it.

We just received a 1 star - negative seller feedback from a buyer claiming they purchased from us in the past and had issues with multiple orders from us. They also mentioning being in contact with us and how we "made things right" for another item they purchased.

The buyer has no previous orders with us beyond the singular order they placed about a week ago and has never contacted us (we have no message thread with them), this review was clearly left on our page accidentally, unfortunately the buyer has opted out of receiving all messages so we have no way to try and rectify the situation.

We know it is a longshot but has anyone has luck getting feedback like this removed? We have acknowledge we believe their feedback was a mistake in the public reply, but this still effects our ODR and 365 day feedback percentage.
