Seller account has been deactivated and can not reactivate

I've reached out for help but the Amazon teams continues to tell me I'm using the wrong contact.

I'm trying to reactivate my account but it gives me the following screenshot.

I have no outstanding violations. How do I proceed??

Amazon would have sent you an e-mail explaining why you are deactivated. Post that, and someone may be able to help.
